I have over the years found recipes that are my favorites for nutrition & ease and this recipe I am sharing today is exactly that. Easy & Nutritious. Its my Strawberry Protein Smoothie.…..You will love this. This is what you need: Skim Milk – 1 cup Whey Protein – 1 scoop Frozen Strawberries – 1 cup Banana Almond Butter – 1 Tablespoon Add your milk and strawberries into a blender. 1 Scoop of your Whey protein powder 1 tablespoon of Almond butter Add the 1 banana…..Looking so good. Blend for about 5 seconds………getting hungry yet? YUMMY! Pour in to glass and enjoy! I take this with me and drink on my way to work. This is a great way to get your day started off with a healthy breakfast and will give you energy….its so important to not skip breakfast in order to maintain a healthy weight.
