Brunch is our favorite family meal to have on lazy Saturday mornings! The kind of meal where you linger over the coffee and conversation! This cinnamon pecan monkey bread is the just right brunch dish that serves our whole family and is finger licking good!
This is the best recipe for a twist on traditional monkey bread! It’s gooey, buttery, nutty, sugary, soft bread amazingness in every bite! It really is that good and you will be asked to share this recipe time and time again! And the best part of this cinnamon pecan monkey bread is its only 6 ingredients!
This package is enough to make two cinnamon pecan monkey breads so if you are feeling generous and you want to make one for yourself and have one to give away to a friend you would just need to double all the ingredients listed above!

- 1 1/2 loaves of frozen bread dough..thawed enough to cut into 12-1/2 inch slices
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans(optional)
- 1/2 small box of butterscotch pudding
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Put chopped nuts in bottom of a greased bundt pan
Space slices of bread evenly around the pan standing up
Sprinkle dry pudding over them
Heat sugar and butter and cinnamon until just to boiling
Pour sugar, butter, cinnamon mixture over top of bread slices
Cover with wax paper, towel, or cheese cloth and allow to rise for a least 6 hours…you can also allow it to rise overnight if you are making it in the morning!
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before turning it over on to a serving platter.
Enjoy 🙂
