- 1- chocolate mold-containing 6 bite sized molds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate candy melts
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 mint cookies-crushed-I used thin mints-crushed
- 1/4 cup mint chocolate chip ice cream
In a microwave safe bowl place the 1/4 cup of chocolates with 1/2 tsp oil. Heat 25 seconds at a time stirring after each time until chocolate is completely melted!
Fill each mold with a little chocolate-enough to cover the bottom & place in fridge until firm.
Evenly spread crushed cookies over each chocolate.
Using a teaspoon evenly spread the ice cream over the cookie crumbles.
Place in freezer while you melt the other 1/4 cup of chocolate with 1/2 teaspoon oil.
How do you know they are ready to enjoy? When they are completely frozen and pop out easily from the mold in one piece!
This dessert can get messy, feel free to enjoy in one bite, or put it in a bowl to linger over the great flavors a little longer! 🙂
**Creating the flower shape**
Put any remaining chocolate in a ziploc bag, push all the chocolate to once corner, snip the corner and drizzle the shape of a flower onto parchment or wax paper. Place in fridge until chocolate is firm. Carefully remove the chocolate and enjoy! 🙂
