Reeses No Bake Cheesecake

Reeses No Bake Cheesecake

Reeses No Bake Cheesecake! Yes, it’s true, I married Matt for his last name! Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are my favorite candy bar. Today is the celebration of both Andie and Amber’s February birthdays! So I decided to mix up Momma Kim’s Strawberry Dessert and make my own version. It was delicious! Give it a try!

Reeses No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust
3 cups of crushed Oreos
1 stick of butter
1/3 cup of sugar

Cheesecake
1 1/2 packs of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
16 oz tub of Cool Whip
1 1/2 cups of Powdered Sugar

Topping
1 Jar of Hot Fudge
16 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
1/2 cup of crushed Oreos

Reeses No Bake Cheesecake

Directions

1. Mix together melted butter, Oreos, and sugar in a bowl. Then put the crust into a 9×13 cake pan and press it down until it is even.
2. In a stand mixer whip together the softened cream cheese, Cool Whip, and Powdered sugar. Mix until it is smooth. Put the cheesecake on top of the crust and smooth it out.
3. Drizzle the hot fudge on top of the cheesecake. Don’t heat it too hot or it will melt the cheesecake. Matt froze our Reese’s so they would chop really easily. We then mixed together the Oreo’s and the Reese’s and spread it on the hot fudge.
