4 oz cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 envelope Dream Whip
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, until you reach the desired consistency
1 cup Guittard milk chocolate chips
1. Cream the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and sugar.
2. Then throw in the dream whip, milk, flour, and 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Add in sugar until the frosting reaches the consistency you want.
3. Add in the chocolate chips. Guittard milk chocolate chips are so good I couldn’t downgrade to mini chocolate chips, so I chose to not pipe the frosting on because the chips wouldn’t go through the tip. If you want to pipe the frosting then use mini chips. You may regret it though!
