Guacamole Dip

MERRY CHRISTMAS! With the holidays comes the parties! Need a quick and easy side or appetizer for those shindigs?! This is definitely the way to go. Matt and I made this together and it took us about 20 minutes tops!
Rather impressive, if I do say so myself. Also, you know how Guac always looks brown on top the next day and doesn’t taste as good?! That is not a problem here! Give this a try! Matt ate the rest of what was leftover the next day!

6 avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
1 lime juiced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
3/4 medium onion diced
1/2 jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
4 Roma tomatoes diced and seeded
1 tablespoon cilantro
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup of Mayo

In a large bowl place your diced avocados and juice the lime over the top and mix until the avocados are covered. Add the salt, cumin, cayenne and mayo to the avocados, then mash the avocados with a fork or a potato masher. Next fold in the onions, jalapeño, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
