Easy Neighbor Gift – White Chocolate Popcorn

Christmas is in two days and we couldn’t be more excited! The only thing that could make it better is if it would snow!
My friends and I at the school like to give little gifts to our friends at school! When we put our heads together this is what we came up with! It’s a cute saying and easy to make white chocolate popcorn!
Put about 1 to 2 inches of water in a large pot, place a glass bowl inside the pot. Turn the burner to medium heat, you do not want your water to bowl, you just want it to heat the bowl.
Place your white chocolate in the glass bowl heat and stir constantly to keep the chocolate from scorching. Also, make sure no water gets into your white chocolate, it will cause the chocolate to seize.
In a large bowl, air pop your popcorn and slowly drizzle in the white chocolate, using a rubber spatula stir the popcorn until the white chocolate completely covers the popcorn!
Then when it has cooled place in a cellophane bag, dump in some red and green M&Ms! Tie up the cellophane and attach your saying. This is quick and easy! If you need a last-minute gift for your neighbors this is definitely the way to go!
