When I was little, I remember eating Spam on sandwiches. My husband loves it and gets really excited when I buy it. My older kids thought that they had stopped making it. The other day I was cruising around the internet and found new food trends and Spam fries was one of the options mentioned.

1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 quart vegetable oil for frying
2 cans Spam- cut into French fry slices
- In your blender, process garlic, salt, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and ketchup. Blend until well combined. Pour it into a serving cup, cover and place into the fridge.
- Heat oil in a large skillet to 175 degrees C.
- Cook fries in the preheated oil until browned and crispy on the outside and moist inside. Remove to a paper towel covered plate.
