Best Steak Marinade

The other day I made a great deal with my pal Kathryn, I would make Texas Roadhouse rolls (recipe coming soon) for her in trade for two Jones Creek Beef T-bones. Which is grass fed beef and is so good! Dare I say incredible! I’m pretty sure I got the better end of the deal. We decided to grill these bad boys up in this marinade.

1/2 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
3 cloves of garlic (diced)
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

1. I whisked all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Let the marinade sit for at least an hour if not longer.
3. Grill to perfection!
4. Enjoy!!
