The Perfect Berry Protein Smoothie

I will admit that it’s color is not the most appealing, but this drink is delicious!
Protein Berry Smoothie
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 handful of greens (about a cup) I used spinach today, but kale works nicely too.
1/2 cup of frozen berries. I mix it up everyday, but I used triple berry today.
1 t. of sweetener. I forgot to picture it, but I used Stevia
1/4 cup of water
Blend and enjoy!
Now go get your healthy on!

    Frozen berries are such lifesaver in the kitchen. I too add them to whatever else I have on hand and voila! I have something healthy and yummy to drink! I am using coconut or almond yogurt at home now so I would add that to my smoothie. And maybe a banana too.Thank you for sharing this delightful recipe at the Plant-Based Potluck Party Link Up!
