I got these workouts from this website here actually, but decided I needed a chart to keep track of my progress. This is what i’ve been doing to rebuild my postpartum body. I do one every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. (I try to at least!) I love them because a lot of them I can incorporate my baby by either holding him or lying him by me.
You may be able to do more or less than what is suggested for your first workout and that’s okay! Just try to do a little more than your last each time and you will have that rockin bod in no time!!
