Beautiful 10 Day Challenge- Personal Progress Activity

Every 2nd Tuesday of each month, I have the privilege to meet with the young women of our ward. I’m in charge of the activity and I want to find subjects that help them with their quest to fulfill the requirements of the personal progress program. I also want to find activities that will help each girl to recognize how amazing they are!!!
Since I have a 15 year old girl at home and I know what goes through their minds, I decided to do this activity I found on Pinterest. The 10 day challenge focuses on the different areas that makes each girl beautiful; spiritual, talents, kindness and not to focus on what is being said in the media.
I always like to take out a invite to each girls home. I found this quote from Sophia Loren, hoping this would peak their interest.
You can print off the pamphlet just like they have it or what I did to try to save on ink, I put it into a word document and copy and pasted what I wanted to save.
The challenge has the girls writing in their journal, every day of the challenge. After discussing the every day activities that the girls would be doing, we decorated journals. I found notebooks at the Dollar Store and brought tons of stickers, ribbon and sharpies for them to use.
The first day of the challenge, the girls are asked to use sticky notes and I gave each girl a stack. Again, I bought them from the Dollar Store.
I hope this helps. I’m always looking for new ideas and I’m thrilled to hear how ideas work for you.
