Shiz on a Shingle

Now I can understand how this may not sound very appetizing. But this is one of my most favorite meals. My grandpa and father used to call it “shiz on a shingle,” normal people would just call it stroganoff. I’m not fully sure why they call it that but I think my grandpa told us once, that that was what they called it when he was in Service. Either way it is so good and super easy to make for dinner. 
You have 2 options here, you can serve it over bread or rice. I prefer rice, but that’s entirely up to you. 
1 lb Ground beef
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Put rice and water in a rice cooker or if you are using instant rice in a pan to begin to cook.
2. Brown the beef in a pan or skillet. 
3. Once meat is brown, pour in soup and sour cream. Continue to cook for 10 minutes stirring continuously or until the ingredients are hot. Add salt and pepper to desired taste.
4. Pour meat mixture over rice and there you have it!! Deliciousness on a plate! Well I’m not going to tell you how to live your life, so you could also have Deliciousness in a bowl!
