I love popcorn. I think it’s one of my all-time favorite snacks! In an effort to be more healthy, I’ve started air-popping mine at home instead of buying microwave popcorn that can be full of fat and weird chemicals. This popcorn was SO delicious it didn’t feel healthy at all, but it’s actually not so bad for you!
Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn with Coconut Oil
1/4 cup popcorn kernels
2 T Organic Coconut Oil (I like Nutiva Brand)
1 T butter
1 T Cinnamon Sugar Blend
A dash of salt
Directions: Pop your kernels, melt coconut oil and butter and combine, drizzle over popcorn, shake cinnamon and sugar over the top. Add a dash of salt and enjoy it.
Makes about 6-8 cups of popcorn! Enough for the whole family to share!
