4 Must Have Apps for Moms

Cooper is finally here!!!!! He is adorable and precious! I have to admit, it’s a good thing he’s so cute because any time I start to get frustrated with all the new mommy things I need to figure out, it just takes one melts-my-heart look from him and I know I’ll be fine. These apps have also been really helpful so I thought I’d share!

1. Stop Watch: You probably already have one on your phone. This was soooo helpful to time contractions when I was in labor. You can leave the stop watch running so you can keep track of how long you’ve been timing, and then you can press the lap button to time how far apart your contractions are.

2. Baby Feed: This app is awesome for breast feeding! It’s super simple and allows you to record how long, which side, and even diaper type and frequency.

3. Baby Center – My Baby: This app gives you up to date information daily about what you will see happening with your baby. They also have an app for when you are pregnant that is super informative as well.

4. My Personal Trainer: A great app to help you stay organized and get started loosing the poundage! If you’re breast feeding, your body will do a lot of the work for you (awesome) but this app will also help you stay healthy and focused on your goals.

  1. These would have been so helpful when my daughter was a baby. It's so cool the different kinds of apps available now. Thanks for linking to the In and Out of the Kitchen Link Party. Hope to see you next week.

  2. I especially love My Personal Trainer. It's amazing how much easier our lives can be with the right app so thank you so much for sharing these helpful apps for new moms with us at the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Blog Hop! I appreciate it!

  3. Cooper is adorable! Love his little hat. He looks like he's dreaming away. Your apps are about 45 years too late for me. 🙂 Of course, we only had rotary dial phones back then so I would have had trouble using the apps anyway. When my son was born we were living in Sicily and I only spoke English and my neighbors all spoke Italian. My husband went back to work, but I found that motherly instincts kicked right in and I figured out what to do.

  4. I would have loved if I had these apps back then! But I did use Baby Center as a resource for many of the questions I had. Thanks for sharing this at the Whatever Wednesday blog hop!
