My husband and I love salt and vinegar chips so we thought we would make our own.

Homemade Salt and Vinegar Chips

Ingredients

2 russet potatoes
1 1/2 cup vinegar
Sea Salt
Pam nonstick spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Homemade Salt and Vinegar Chips

Directions

Slice the potatoes as thin as you can. Then put them in the vinegar to soak for an hour. Next, you’ll strain the potatoes and pat them completely dry.

Cover your cooking sheet with tin foil and spray it with Pam. Then, put the potatoes on the sheet in a single layer. I then just sprayed them with Pam again and sprinkled sea salt on top. Then bake them for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown! These are way good! Heads up though, they make your house smell like vinegar! Enjoy!!

  2. Wow these sound delicious and they are probably way better for you than store bought since you don't fry them in oil! Thanks for the recipe 😉
