I love this recipe! Momma Kim made this once and I have been wanting to make it since that day! So I made it the best from memory I could and it turned out great! It’s an easy good recipe that doesn’t require a lot of preparation. Which is always awesome!
8 chicken thighs (I did it with skin and bones)
1 dry package of onion soup mix
1 1/4 cup of French Dressing
1 1/4 cup of apricot preserves
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Get a glass 9X13 inch pan, place the chicken in the pan. Whisk the remaining ingredients in a bowl until smooth and dump the mixture over the chicken. Put in the oven for 50-60 minutes or until the juices run clear from the chicken. Then to make them look more golden brown, I set the oven on high broil. Only, let it broil until golden brown for 3 minutes, make sure you watch it so that you don’t burn your chicken and ENJOY!
