Loaded Potatoes – Finger Food Style

This would be a great appetizer! Kind of fun and different. I bought small red potatoes at WinCo! These tasted way good!!
Small red potatoes
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Shredded Three Cheddar Cheese 
Depending on how many you want. You first need to preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Then you are going to cut off the bottom of the potatoes so they can stand up and then dip them in olive oil and make sure they are completely covered. Then sprinkle kosher salt on them and wrap them with bacon. The bacon stayed with out toothpicks. Then we baked them for 20-30 minutes. When we stabbed them with a fork and it went in easily they are done! I sprinkled cheese on them and then realized that having them stand up that the cheese didn’t stick. So I sprinkled it on the pan and put it back in the oven to melt. Then I took the melted cheese from the pan and put it on top of the potatoes. So you should try them, because it was fun and they tasted great, you can dip them in ranch or sour cream!
