Garlic Mash

There are times when I don’t have the things I need to make a good gravy. So sometimes you just need a mashed potato recipe for those days. We made these and ate them with my mom’s birthday dinner and they tasted so good! Give these a try!
8 Large red potatoes
1 cup of sour cream
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley
2 cloves of garlic
half stick of butter
salt and pepper to taste
I don’t know about you but I love the skins in a mash. I washed and cubed the potatoes and boiled them in water until they were soft enough to mash. In a food processor chop up, parsley, butter and garlic. Strain. Mash the potatoes in a bowl until smooth, then add sour cream and garlic butter mix. Then salt and pepper to taste!
