Cream Cheese Apple Pies


I love anything with apples in it. This is blog is turning into date night activities for me and Matt, we are now constantly making our own recipes and competing to see who can make it taste better.

I would love to say that I always win but that’s not necessarily true, but don’t tell him that I said that!


Pillsbury Pie crust
3 green apples
1 8 oz tub of whipped cream cream cheese
11/2 cup powder sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
Jar of caramel sauce
1 egg



Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease the cupcake pans, then cut the pie crust into 4 then push down into the cupcake pans, this will make 8. Core, slice, and then dice the apples.

In a stand mixer mix the cream cheese, powder sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Put about a tablespoon of mixture in the bottom of the crust and then put about a tablespoon of apple on top. Close up your top and pinch the edges so it’s closed. Then whisk in egg in a bowl and bush the top of the crust with egg.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes. Then lower the heat to 300 degrees and continue to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes more until they are golden brown on top. I scooped them out when they were warm and then drizzle the caramel on top and enjoy warm! They were great!
