Oven-Baked Corn on the Cob

I saw this on pinterest once but didn’t believe it would actually work. The other night I was feeling way to lazy to husk my corn though so instead I decided to give this a try and I am so glad I did!!
1. Pick out some delicious looking corn and rinse it off.

 2. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees, husks and all.

3. Cook for 30 minutes.

4. Easily peel off the husks while they are still warm and enjoy!!

BONUS TIPS: Get a little creative with your corn by topping it with some of these toppings, or if you’re cooking corn for a crowd try this “cooler” method!

  1. You can also cook it for 6-10 mins in the micro wave , cut off the large end and shake the corn out, it comes out clean with no fibers….
