It was that time again, right before payday and trying to use things that I already have in my home. I’m glad this time because it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! This casserole was easy to make but so yummy! My husband had two helpings!
1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 cups noodles, cooked
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9×13 with non stick cooking spray.
- Brown beef in skillet with the onion, and garlic. Add mushrooms for a couple minutes,
- Combine the soup, sour cream and cheese. Add to the drained beef mixture and mix well, Add cooked noodles and gently stir them in.
- Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through.
