Personal Pizzas

My husband likes to get… shall we say “experimental” with his cooking, and I’m a little more traditional, so when it comes to cooking something like Pizza, we like to make ours personal! These are great for regular family dinner, or also work really well with a lot of people as long as someone doesn’t mind routinely checking the oven. We’ve also cooked these out on the grill when we’ve had a lot of people, and they were delicious!



Dough – Homemade or Rhodes Dinner Rolls work awesome! (We use two to a pizza).
Pizza Sauce – Traditional, Alfredo, barbecue, etc!
Cheese – (not pictured… my pregnancy brain forgot.) 
Toppings – Pepperoni, pineapple, ham, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, peppers, onions, chicken, whatever else your family likes!
Tinfoil – Or pans. We use tinfoil cause it’s easier to have your own space. 
*Adults usually eat about two of our Rhodes Rolls creations


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
2. Fold edges of a square of tinfoil to make your own oven-proof plate, and spray with cooking spray
3. Roll out dough
4. Top with your desired toppings
5. Put your tinfoil plate directly on the rack in the oven and let it cook for 12-13 min!

BONUS TIP: I usually make my husband and I calzones for lunch the next day because you can wrap those up in the tinfoil easier than a pizza. All you do is through in the toppings and fold the dough around the whole thing. It takes a couple minutes longer to cook.
