Pack on that rub onto the ribs! Let sit until the smoker is ready.

We purchased our smoker around Thanksgiving and only paid $80. We didn’t want to buy a expensive one because we didn’t know if we would use it or not. We have used it tons and found several different recipes that taste great with the smoker.
Cook the ribs on 225 degrees for 3 to 4 hours (depending on how meaty your ribs are). You can also cook them inside on your broiler. The meat will get a little black that is caused from the paprika and they are not burned. They taste great with the spices from the rub alone, but also some BBQ sauce tastes great!
