Easy Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Creamy Cilantro Dressing! I L.O.V.E. this delicious dressing! It is good for SO many things! You have to give it a try! I have been making this dressing for a few years and, after many adjustments, I think I have finally found the perfect combination of ingredients.

One thing you’ll notice is that I don’t use any milk in my dressing as most do. I think it makes it too watery. The veggies and herbs you use in this recipe provide plenty of liquid to thin it out. If yours is too thick though, add your milk at the end until you get the consistency you want!

  1. I have never tried Cilantro dressing and also didn't know if you removed the ribs and seeds of jalapeno it would remove the heat. It sure makes a pretty dressing! Thank you for sharing at What We Accomplished Wednesdays. Have a lovely week! ~Deborah

    1. Yes, if you remove the ribs and seeds it takes a lot of the heat away. It really just depends on the jalapeno you're using. I give mine a little lick or taste to see how hot it is before I decide whether or not to use the whole thing. I personally like it to be spicy, but I have 3 small kids that don't agree!

  2. I. Want. This.

I love cilantro dressing and this sounds really superb!

I'm going to bookmark your recipe!

Thanks for sharing it for the letter "R".
