Slow Cooker Roast Beef

In the summer I have a hard time making myself want to cook because the house gets hot even with the cooler on. That is when I turn to my slow cooker.

This Roast Beef is DELICIOUS!!!

Ingredients:

Roast Beef- make sure its thawed out and at room temperature
1 packet of Lipton Onion Mix
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
2  beef bouillon cubes

Directions:

Put the roast beef in the crockpot and then combine onion mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef bouillon in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the roast. Cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours. Easy to put together and the roast will be so tender.
