Crockpot Thai Peanut Chicken

With this softball season in full swing and the end of school coming to an end, I am all about the easy crockpot dinners. Matt has been really busy with school work and projects or I know he would cook.

With the crockpot, I can throw it in before I leave for school or come home during lunch and put it in the crockpot. Then we come home, food is ready!

My brother Zac always makes fun of me because I don’t branch out, but he introduced me so Thai food and I really like it. In fact, I introduced Matt to it and now we can’t enough.
