Lime Sugar Cookie Bars
These lime sugar cookie bars are super delicious!! They’re tart and sweet and the perfect treat!
Andie, my cute little sister, just turned the big SWEET 16! Happy Birthday, ANDIE!!!! My parents decided to take Andie down to Vegas for her birthday weekend, and our house just happens to be on the way to Vegas, so we got to surprise Andie with a treat when they stopped at our house.
Andie’s favorite baked goods are sugar cookies, so we thought we’d make some Lime Sugar Cookie bars to shake things up a little bit.
I can’t take credit for this recipe though! I found the recipe on Two Peas and Their Pod. The only thing I changed was the lemon to lime juice, so I’m going to send you there to get the recipe.
It was definitely delicious! We’re off to Vegas now to join them! Wahoo! No school on Monday, so we’re free as birds!

My hubby's favorite anything is LIME so I'm off to check out this recipe! We are supposed to get 8-12 inches of snow tomorrow, President's day, so we'll be sitting inside, watching the pretty snow fall and keeping warm! 🙂
Good luck with all that snow! We need some here, or we're going to be in a serious drought! It's been WAY to warm here for February. We're starting to get nervous that it will snow in July!
