How to make DIY Heart Valentines Envelopes for Valentine’s Day!  

Since Valentine‘s Day is just a few days away I thought this DIY Heart Valentine’s Envelope tutorial would be the perfect craft to share with you! This little valentine DIY can be made last minute by both children & adults & would even make a great project for students during a Valentine’s party!

Another wonderful thing about this craft is that you only really need one thing – paper – making this a fun & inexpensive craft for a classroom full of kids hyped up on Valentine’s candy & cupcakes!

Materials needed:

Paper – Pink & Red Construction Paper or White Copy Paper Stamps & Ink, Markers, Pens, Stickers, & Tape – Optional  

Draw Half Heart 

 

  First, draw half a heart on your paper & fold the paper down the middle – where the middle of the heart would be.    Cut along the drawn half heart line then open up your full heart.  

Cut out heart and fold Fold heart and write message  

 

Flip the heart upside down & fold the bottom 1/3 of the way up & the sides in about 1/2 of the way to the middle. Then open the heart up, flip right side up, & write your valentine’s message.

Fold your DIY Heart Valentine’s Envelope by folding in the sides, the bottom, & then the top. Seal with tape or a sticker & deliver to your secret valentine!
