Fairy Dust Cookie Bars

I love simple, especially on Sunday when I’m craving something sweet and I don’t want to go to the store! I made these little gems for my young women in my ward for personal progress night.

I can always tell when they love them because they will always ask for more and if I only have a few left, they will fight over them! This is what happened with these puppies. Super simple but oh my!!!! So good!

Fairy Dust Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sprinkles
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Fairy Dust Cookie Bars

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 baking dish with aluminum foil and then spray with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, oil, egg, and milk. Mix in the sprinkles and the chocolate chips. The batter will feel a little dry but it will be fine.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared dish. Press down with your hands and make sure it’s even. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Let completely cool and then pull the foil out of the pan and remove it from the bars and then slice.
