Delicious Churro Cheesecake

Churro Cheesecake

Churro-Cheesecake

We have a fun group of friends, they have pretty much become our family since our parentals and most of our siblings are 3+ hours away from us. So on Sundays, when most people eat at Grandma’s for Sunday dinner, we have to treat nights with our crazy friends.

Every time they come over I tease that I’m going to steal their recipes for Lou Lou Girls, but this time I was DEAD serious. When something this delicious passes through my lips, it not only goes straight to my hips, but it has to be shared with my friends at Lou Lou Girls too!

Who doesn’t love churros and cheesecake!? It’s a party in your mouth!! And it’s super easy to make! Ann said she wouldn’t sue me if I shared her recipe so you can thank her later!

Churro Cheesecake

16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
2 pkg.of Crescent rolls
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of sugar
2 T of Cinnamon + 1/3 cup of sugar mixed together for topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out one package of Crescent rolls onto a greased cake pan (13×9). Press the seams of the rolls together. In a mixer combine sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese. Pour over crescent roll crust. Roll out the remaining package on a piece of foil or wax paper, press the seams together to seal, then flip the rolls gently onto the cheesecake filling. Top with Cinnamon and sugar mixture and bake for 35 minutes, or until the center is firm and not doughy.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes until you cut into it so it can set up.
Share with about 15 of your friends!!
