This fresh, easy pasta salad recipe comes together in under 30 minutes! Tossed in a tangy vinaigrette & filled with veggies, it’s a sure cookout hit.

Coming up this weekend there are a ton of Easter egg hunts and family parties! Want something easy to make? Let’s be honest and it’s super awesome!! I love this salad so much! You should try this!

Ingredients

 

1 lb. of tri-color rotini
1 can of sliced black olives
2 medium cubed tomatoes
1 large cubed cucumber
1 1/2 cups of cubed ham
1 1/2 cups of cubed cheddar cheese
1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing

Directions

1. Cook the pasta as directed on the box until it is cooked al dente. Then strain and run cold water over the pasta.
2. Add in all the ingredients listed above and mix them in a bowl.
3. Let it sit overnight, it will be even more delicious!!

  2. I do this salad and let me tell you what makes it even better: make it the night before serving!! I think it's because the salad dressing has time to work its way into all the nooks and crannies. The next day before serving stir and add a little more salad dressing and it's so YUM!

    We even boil shrimp (Cajun style) and add them to it!

    We also sprinkle with canned Parmesan cheese and serve with Ritz crackers.

    Now my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
