Saint Patrick's Day Popcorn

Colored popcorn is fun but when it tastes as good as it looks, you know you have hit a homerun!! This popcorn might make it through Saint Patrick’s Day and become a family favorite that you want to make over and over again!!

When my husband won’t stop eating something that I have made I know it will be a hit. Super easy!

Ingredients:

1 bag of marshmallows
4 Tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 to 5 cups popcorn, popped
1 box of Andes chocolates
1 bag of mint M&M’s
1 1/2 cups of almonds
Green food coloring

Directions:

  • In a large pan, melt butter and then add the marshmallows and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Add a few drops of food coloring and stir until it turns green!
  • Pour over the popcorn and stir until popcorn is covered completely. Pour popcorn onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle M&M’s and almonds all over the popcorn.
  • Melt the Andes chocolates in the microwave. Stir until it’s smooth. Drizzle over the popcorn. Let cool until the chocolate hardens.
  • Now, enjoy!!!!
